At Sath Inc., we’re building a modern cybersecurity and identity platform (IDHub, SecHub, FlowHub) focused on automation, access governance, and continuous risk assessment.
We’re looking for a hands-on Architect / Engineering Lead who can design scalable systems and lead a team of Node.js developers.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Own the backend architecture for our platform (Node.js, TypeScript)
- Design and scale microservices & event-driven systems (Kafka)
- Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers
- Drive code quality, system design, and best practices
- Collaborate with frontend teams (React / Next.js)
- Own deployments across Kubernetes / AWS / GCP
- Improve CI/CD, release cycles, and platform reliability
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with Node.js + TypeScript
- Proven experience in system design & scalable architectures
- Hands-on with microservices, Kafka (or similar), Docker, Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL & data modeling
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
- Ability to lead engineers, review code, and drive execution
⭐ Bonus Points
- Experience with NestJS / Hono / Express
- Exposure to Cloudflare ecosystem
- Frontend understanding (React / Next.js / Angular)
- Experience building developer platforms or workflow engines
